Regional Self Storage has solid perimeter walls and fences so that your privacy while on premises is assured. Your personal code, entered into the keypad at the entry, opens the gate for your access. The gate is normally closed to discourage entry to those not authorized on site. The gate opens with your personal security access code seven days per week, from 6 am to 8 pm. Your stuff is more secure when late night access is restricted.
Regional Self Storage is a qualified facility for Tenant One renter's insurance to insure the contents of your storage unit. Applications are available in the office or at the blue link above.
Low monthly cost. Rentals are month-to-month, with rent due on the first of the month, same as your mortgage payment or apartment rental.
No application fees; only a cleaning and security deposit that is returned when you leave your space clean and notify us before moving out, as provided in our contract.
